Richard played in the flagship event of the European Tour, the BMW PGA Championship at the Wentworth Club in Virginia Water, Surrey, near London, where he shot rounds of 72 and 77 to finish on four over par, missing the halfway cut.
Richard plays in the 36 hole US Open Qualifying event at Walton Heath on Monday and then travels to Sweden for the Nordea Masters which begins on Thursday.
