Richard played in the Johnnie Walker Championship at Gleneagles where he finished in a tie for 51st.

He put together rounds of 66, 74, 70 and finally an 82 in extremely windy conditions on the Sunday. It was a week of highs and lows for Richard - he led after round one and on Saturday had a hole in one at the sixth.

Richard now takes a week off before travelling to Holland for the KLM Open.
